Depends... Whatever satifies your purpose. I personally think that is not PRing if you don't full gain from books. And if you have no idea as to what the steps or how to do the steps, then you are not PRing. Similar to my situation...

activate!!! 25% is good enough if that will trip your trigger. not 25% comprehension though, LOL.
