I learnt from the self study course a year ago. Just did the exercises on the tapes as they came up and by the end of the course I notice that I was getting through my reading material at 1/3 the time it took me to regular read and was pleased with that. Now most books are done under an hour where they used to take me ten hours and I know and understand them better than before.
