The gentleman who developed Quantum Reading had co-sponored a couple of PhotoReading classes in the UK some time ago. He wanted to teach PhotoReading, but did not want to go through the Instructor Training program.
You might be better served by taking a PhotoReading class in Kuwait or by doing the self-study course.
