Sure. Had the same "problem". And IS do/done it for me. It is phantastic, this morning i saw a book in the mind with brilliant clear letters. Wow, for me an extraordinary experience.
What me also helped, was the "clue" (attitude) of youngerpr, that sleeping/daydreaming is NOT a vaste of time. (Ty youngerpr, for the sentence: Sleeping 13 hours is phantastic ;-))

My process at the moment:
- Words and a pencil (for drawing concepts)
- (New additional process). Pictures with emotions and for structuring using words/questions. (=Internal laboratory)
