I do multiple activation passes. This is my normal way of reading/studying/learning.

I do not worry about, or go for 100% comprehension, knowing that knowledge & understanding are built up in layers.

The problem I have is not the motivation, preview, multiple activations etc, these work fine, it's that the PR stage adds nothing to this.

I always prepare my mind for activation (or indeed any reading). I maintain a "relaxed but alert" frame of mind, which includes maintaining focus on my "thinking cap" (tangerine)

I have percevered, but feel that I am actually getting behind with my reading goals.

ps I have even used the Silva mind-control techniques to pre-program PR to work.
