Skip the preview and do only a postview of about 8 minutes on average. During this time notice what you already know about the book and allow your mind to form questions. Seek answers to these questions in a 20 minute activation pass. If these question have been answered you only need to do further activation if your curiosity has been further aroused and more questions come to mind.
