Try it and see. Everyone will experience their own results with this. It helps if you do activate a few books too.

I suggest you learn to use the system on books in your native language first. This will speed the results you obtain with the second language. Also photoread a translation dictionary you'll find it helps with the activation. On the whole there is no problem photoreading books in the second language. I personally found that it improved my ability to comprehend the book in the second language better.
