My goal for using the Dream Play tape is to remember my dreams, and to be able to program my dreams. I was thinking that it is quite logical that I should do side b first, so I can remember my dreams, because how would I even know if I programmed my dreams if I can't remember them? Then once I remember my dreams then I would listen to side a to program my dreams. Eventually I want to be able to have lucid dreams. Could someone please tell me if this is the best way to get on the track to lucid dreaming?
Thanks,
Jon

This was the first tape I used when I began using paraliminals a couple months ago. Though I have to admit I didn't have as much success as I would have liked to have had with the tape it did benefit me in regards to being able to remember dreams. I'm still not able to program dreams. But as for your question about sides, well, your pattern is logical. I think, though, that you confused the sides because on my Dream Play tape, side a is "remembering" dreams and side b is "programming". As you said, it wouldn't make much sense if side a asked you to program dreams when you haven't even learned to remember them. So stick to what you're doing, in the pattern you started out with, and the least you'll come out with is the ability to recall your dreams. Good luck. Happy dreaming.

I have used Dream Play for around only 1 week. I listened to Side B every night before going to sleep and side A occasionally (usually when i want to dream about certain things) I have some success in remembering dream. yesterday i remember only 2 dreams but these dreams are very vivid.i feel like i was really there. but today i have dismal result i feel like i didn't dream at all.

i think it'll take some time.

P.S. i haven't had any success with Side A.

I have had some success in remembering my dreams after listening to side b, but I haven't used the side where you program dreams much. I find that I will remember what I was dreaming when I wake up, but it soon disappears. I just have to get into the habit of writing these images down in my notebook I keep by my bed. I talked to Michael Jordan in the grocery store in my dream a week ago. That was cool. Tall_sided: Keep trying to program your dreams. Theerapun: best of luck with remembering and programming your dreams.
