Hi ,
I buy a photocopy book which is translated into Chinese. Is it fine to learn ? OR do I need to buy a tape one ?
After I read through the book, I tried to start the first 3 steps. Question is I can see the column between the 2 pages but the words seems blur indeed and I try to talk to myself to relax but cannot see clear further, can anyone give me some advice.
Another question is that the rest of 2 steps I cannot understand how to do , please give me some example.
