My first thought was you were looking for too much detail. Then I read AlexK and remembered that most people form there purpose with WHAT they want to know. Their purpose can have some of that, but I strongly believe that you have to understand the WHY you want to know something and you should include it into the purpose you use when PRing.
The WHY will make it a high priority item for your mind, and so something it should act respond to rather than some other directives.
