An additional thought. The mind can be very literal so when you say...

It's all going to go into your inner mind alright but how are you going to access the information when you need it?
Also that isn't really a statement of purpose, it's just a statement of what you are going to do... in other words... what is the point of studying? Often it answer is to be able to call on the correct answers in my test on...
Remember purpose means; (according to the Macquarie dictionary, an Australian one.)
1. The object for which anything exist or is done, made.
2.an intended or desired result; end or aim... this is the important one to note.
In otherwords like Iam2 said... why are you reading, photoreading, activating the text?
Your purpose should be what you expect to have, know, or be able to do after you have finished activating. Photoreading and activating are only the steps to get you there.
So a better purpose could be 'I am going to photoread this book/text by (name the author and title; this helps you find the right book again if you need to look up the information later)... so that I... can apply the right/correct theorem, formula, definition (whatever) on my test on... and get my best possible passing grade.'
