To those in the know:
I'm not sure how to apply PRing to an outline for which I am responsible for all the information contained within including the finest detail. Since I know where the information I need is located, I am not sure how to apply super reading and dipping. I need PR to assist in learning and comprehending the material more so than in locating the material.
Where the purpose to get as complete an understanding as possible, would it not be more efficient to skip directly to rapid reading?
