That is funny. Maybe I should be asking for advice for guarding against senility. I forgot that I asked once before. I was new to PRing when that was originally written and I ended up putting PR aside because I wasn't yet comfortable using it. However, I'm back at it. While the material I talk of now is not the bar exam per se, it does have to do with real estate law.
