Note, the word scan... it means to see without necessarily reading everything. Haven't you scanned a phone book looking for a name? You don't read every name; you scan for the name that you
are looking for and everytime you think you find the name you stop and have a quick read if that't not it you go on again until you again think you found the name. That's the same for superreading. Do read the chapter on activation.
