Thats right, where exactly is the magic in photoreading or the most essential part of it in anyone's opinion.

I am assuming its going to be the photoreading stage. My normal photoreading page exposure time is about a second per page.

I don't think I am getting the true results from photoreading. I've known about Photoreading for 2 years (which also includes I have been practing for 2 years).
Somehow, I know that the knowledge I demonstrate at school or with any technical book, is not even close to full...potential photoreading gives me....

I have a problem with intuition as well, when I go on a multiple choice test, I always will go and listen deeply to myself for any signs of assistance. Somehow, I dont know if what is telling me the answer is A is correct. its almost as if my intuition is being.....blocked, and I trust it. Maybe its my conscious mind being a #$(*)#.

Or is the magic in the activation?

I've come to not really understand why people ask this question, because I don't think you can have one single step without all of the others. I'd say the magic is in using all five steps correctly, ya know?

You right, each step is important in its own right.

hmmmmmmmm perhaps I am trying to say, of all the steps, photoreading is probably where I dont feel as confident.

Its kind of hard for me to focus on the empty spaces.

I dont know if anyone can answer the question, but when you photoread, how do you "see" the pages?

I just look straight into the middle with everything out of focus, and my line of sight covers the entire book.

An odd question for you... Why is it hard for you? Because you tell or self to make it hard or is there some other reason.

Rather than referring to it as empty spaces. Look at the patterns of white.

That about describes it.

How are you defining magic? According to Learning Strategies Corporation official policy, nothing they sell is magical, and that includes Spring Forest Qigong. According to my definitions, a large number of things Learning Strategies Corporation sells contain elements of magic. According to Aleister Crowley's Postulates of Magic, every act of Will is an act of magic.

My flippant answer? Just as the proof of the pudding is in the eating, the magic of PhotoReading is that you actually read that stack of books you've had in your bookshelf for years.

Yeah, but what is magic? How do you define magic? If magic is something mysterious, mystical, and marvelous that cannot be explained, then magic is simply a misunderstood perception of the senses interpreted by your brain.

YOU PEOPLE!

ok, chief example.

PR is just reading, put it simply.

Look at the forum members, I know Kaiden reads with a fervor. He always talks about these books and recalls effortlessly because he has the intention to stay true to his purpose.

Look at Youngprer, he moved from his initial state as a PRer and now doing very well.

AlexK, mentor and educator of PRing. HELPS lots of people, thank you AlexK, and sets things straight for them.

Learning... learning has a purpose. If you have not gained your reason to better yourself, maybe its about time you ask yourself one things, WHY are you PRing.

BE truthful, have some will power. Anything will work. Trust me.

I know, I am suppose to be far far away...

Well PhotoReading is photoreading and reading is what is what was taught in elemenary school.

I think it is more correct to say... photoreading is a way of making information available to our non conscious processor at a rapid rate.

my bad. I was trying to make it more affable to him since he been PRing for sometime.

Don't compare with others and just do what your suppose to do. You be amazed at how much you get, then if people are proud or envious, let it be. You + yourself. Work it out.

Don't say foolish things like...Kenji, you come far enough, I think you should at least pat yourself on the back for this amount of effort.

Purely up to you to work more or stay at your current level.

ONE last thought...a short story if you will...

A Samurai and a Zen Master
A samurai, a very proud warrior, came to see a Zen Master one day. The samurai was
very famous, but looking at the beauty of the Master and the Grace of the moment, he
suddenly felt inferior.
He said to the Master, "Why am I feeling inferior? Just a moment ago everything was
okay. As I entered your court suddenly I felt inferior. I have never felt like that before. I
have faced death many times, and I have never felt any fear -- why am I now feeling
frightened?"
The Master said, "Wait. When everyone else has gone, I will answer. "
People continued the whole day to come and see the Master, and the samurai was getting
more and more tired waiting. By evening the room was empty, and the samurai said,
"Now, can you answer me?"
The Master said, "Come outside."
It was a full moon night, the moon was just rising on the horizen. And he said, "Look at
these trees. This tree is high in the sky and this small one beside it. They both have
existed beside my window for years, and there has never been any problem. The smaller
tree has never said to the big tree, 'Why do I feel inferior before you?' This tree is small,
and that tree is big -- why have I never heard a whisper of it?"
The samurai said, "Because they can't compare."
The Master replied, "Then you need not ask me. You know the answer."

The real magic?

I believe the real magic, which separates PhotoReading from all of the other reading courses out there, lies in these techniques:

-- shifting over and using the full "rod vision" in your cornea and absorbing pagesful of text at a glance

-- "burning in" new neuro pathways directly between your visual conscious mind and the place in your other-than-conscious mind where all the patterns of text are imprinted during the PhotoReading step, with the activation techniques of Mind Probing, SuperReading & Dipping, and Mind Mapping

Just think about it.... once you realize what you're doing, it's nothing less than exciting!
