HI! I'm far from being a PR expert but I can tell you what has worked for me so far.
If you REALLY want to be able to perfect the blip page method, then get on the internet and look up "stereograms" on google. Practice seeing the 3-D images. Notice what your eyes do and how they focus differently to see the 3-D images...Practice a lot and soon you will be able to get the blip page easily..I couldn't do it at first, but after some practice with the stereograms, I can read a whole book with the blip now. At first, I crossed my eyes which causes the 3-D images to be inverted (poke inward) instead of poke outward. The photofocus state is not crossing your eyes...Practicing with the stereograms will help you.
When PR'ing, don't think to yourself, "Am I seeing the page right? Is this how you do it? Is that the right blip? etc..." Get into your focused state and just flow with it. Don't be in a hurry..Keep it steady and fluid. Use the chant prescribed in the book or another one you are comfortable with to keep you focus away from the "AM I DOING IT RIGHT?" syndrome..Just relax and keep it smoothe.
When activating, I prefer the 90 minute session model over the 5 day plan. I get much more focused and "zoned in" while doing the 3-30 minute passes for a 90 minutes session. You can find this model on page 86 of "The PhotoReading Whole Mind System book". It worked a lot better for me than the 5 day plan did.
That's all I got for now...Keep practicingg and good luck...
JD
