Is photoreading and listening to a paraliminal at the same time ok? I have been trying the 10 Minute Deep Relaxation Break, I find it helps me to not look at individual words because my mind is being occupied by the sounds and my looking at the outer edge of the book.
Also, does it matter what you focus your peripheral vision on? If not, I was thinking that I could try Imagining things happening outside the edges of the book, like a moving object I try to focus on without moving my eyes. And for noticing the text on a page, If I am supposed to be focused on it, should I try to see the book as a whole, or can I do something like imagine one of those radar lines that spins around going over the text everytime I turn the page. (I've also tried imagining arrows coming from the coners that move to the center and back out for each page, or using my peripheral vision to act like I'm scanning up to down on each page (i.e., twice every for every page flip)
On another thought, are feelings in dreams the same feelings you would have in real life? Pain seems to be the same, but what about something like being able to shoot mental beams through your hands (like a Saiyin or something, but more colorful), I know what it felt like to concentrate my mind on the powers, but if I were to have this power in real life would it feel the same way if I used it?
