It is not recommended that you use paraliminals whilst photoreading. You defer the purpose of each. The parts where Paul is speaking will detract from the photoreading state. The soundtrack may be an excellent mind quietener. If you feel you need this sort of 'help' why not use a learning CD or even nature sounds. Nature sounds would allow you to be free of background anchors if they are not available.
Photoreading. Maintain a steady gaze (soft focus) through the center of the book. You are visually aware of the four corners of the book. Notice both pages at the same time.
