Hey guys I was wondering how much time you guys spend in the beginning phase to establish the neural connections. I know Subliminal Dynamics Robert Welch says to mentally photo-graph a dictionairy, and 10 books 3 time each, how did u guys go about this? And how long did it take for you guys to have spontaneous or dream activation?
