I have the personal learning course for photoreading and I have gone through most of it but it didn't seem to work. I am wondering what I am doing wrong I have read these discussion boards for tips but I just can't seem to get it to work. The first thing I am wonding is how do I know when I am in a state of ready alertness like I relax and use the tangerine technique but nothing seems to change except I am a little more relaxed. I think I have previewing down very well but I'm not sure about photo focus. I can'tell if I'm seeing the blip page naturally or by crossing my eyes. I have tried looking behind it and it worked for the blip but then when I tried to move my point of focus through the blook my vision changes a bit and I seem to cross my eyes to do it though I don't know if I really am. Should I jsut give up on the blip page and just use the x technique?
after each photoreading session I can't tell if I got anything out of the book like my emotions haven't even changed towards the book. the only new information I have learned from it is what I got in the preview. I have attempted to photoread over 10 books now and I don't know if I know anything from them. I have made sure that all the books were with in my reading level and that I was interested in them so that it might make it easier but no such luck.
I also have had very little luck with activating. It's all gone horribly wrong for me and I really really want to learn it because like many others I have piles of material that I would like to read but I just don't have the time or the patience for my slow regular reading speed. I would appreciate any help that anyone can give me.
Thanx
