Thank you for your replies. That site did clearify what I am suppose to be doing with my eyes but I have been able to do both the parallel and the cross-viewing for a long time with stereographs and I'm not sure if I will be able to tell the difference when look at a printed page because it feels the same to me when I look at stereographs I just know the difference because the image either buldges out or looks back farther. I have completed through tape 7 and I would go on to eight but would like 7 to work for me first and 7 is where you photoread a book of your choice that is around 200 pages long. I am really determined to get this to work and am thankful for the help. I was wondering if there was some way I could tell if I got anything out of the photoreading like a comprenssion test or something that could show I got something out of it. one thing I noticed when I recently tried to photoread again is that when I'm in photofocus my eyes switch back and forth between dominacy as if they are taking turns fucusing on the page. I was wondering if this was a sign that I am using the cross eye method thing or not? Thanks for your help
