Try focusing a finger between your eyes and the book. In this way i am able to see a "blip page" with my periferical vision. Is this method right?

Actually you should have your finger you are focusing on behind the book. The aim is to focus through the book by relaxing your gaze.

That kind of focus would create a blip page, yes. Have you checked out 3D stereograms. You obtain the blip page by using parallel viewing techniqes as well.

Infact that was the cross-viewing. But with pr i should use parallel viewing. Now i'll make some exercise
