I would suggest photoreading three books without thinking of the actual photoreading. Don't try too hard, just flip through the pages while looking through the book, maybe pretending to be looking at the floor behind the book, and allow yourself to think about anything and everything except what you think you 'should' be thinking about.
Just allow it to be whatever it is.
Expecting specific results (from hearing testimonials or seeing infomercials) seems to be a common obstacle for beginners (I'm a beginner myself, so I am speaking from direct and immediate experience!!!)
