I've got the book, can't possibly afford the course!

Well, the whole issue is that I must have some sort of concentration problem, no matter what, my mind wanders off while PR and I start thinking about daily things when I should be focused. I think I might be expecting too much...

And the whole chant thing, am I supposed to sit and do a whole "Humm.....humm..." thing? or should I only think it?

And another question I've been wondering about, the whole blip page thing, are you supposed to actually *see* the blip page all the time, or is it only something to make you focus on something else than the words?
