I'm lucky enough to have naturally poor focus, so the words never bother me once the glasses come off. I *can* regular-read without my glasses on, so PhotoReading is not a problem.
One thing I did have problems with, at first, was books with pictures. It's hard not to SEE a picture and consciously process it. I imagine it must be similier to the problems faced with people of 20/20 vision. The trick that worked most of the time was turning the book upside-down.
