is it a bad habit read in the brain?
I cannot understand a passage if i do not read out words?
How can I correct this problem?
is it possible for someone who only see a sentence and then understand the meaning?

No it's not bad to hear the words in your mnd. If you use the Photoreading system you will find yourself doing it less and less. Just use the activation technique of superreading and dipping and you will find that your eyes are moving over the page too fast to hear all the words so you become selective to the important words.

I would like to ask more questions.
Sometimes I just let my eyes guide me somewhere, very often i cannot found any points to stop. This is because I used wrong method or the book has no information important to me?
Also, you said that some difficult materials need more pass of photoreading. What steps do you define a pass of photoreading?

Activation - superreading and dipping or skittering is a pass.

Make sure you have a well formed purpose why you are reading a book. What do you want to know? Why do you want to know something from that particular book? Have clear questions you would like the author of the book to answer for you. When your questions are clear you look where you are likely to find the answer - table of content and index will help give you clues. Then when you superread you know the answer is there on the page.

Also turning chapter headings and subheadings into questions usually helps to decide if you need to know more about a particular section. If you turn a subheading into a question and you know the answer you know you don't need to spend time superreading that section.
When you come across one that you cannot easily answer you superread and dip the following section. Because the chapter or subheading was in your question you know the answer follows in that section.
