I tried this method this a.m. and noticed, in the blip, words that appeared quite frequent during my session...could I pull out trigger words for my postview session during my PRing; [you know sort of knockout two birdies with a pebble]...or is this foolish to try, because this will put a strain on my busy con mind that is already chanting, relaxing, and breathing...
