You can also go down to the "Hop to:" scroll window at the bottom of the page. There you will find "Step 4: Activate". This is a collection of some of the Activation related threads from when the forum was starting. You'll find lots of useful information there and in your PR material.
If you have a more detaile question try search the archives. It's the blue "search" hyperlink on most of the forum pages. If you can't find you answer there, then come back and ask a more specific question.
