How far are you from the monitor? :-)

Also - if during each activation i do i do the 3,2,1 technique and during it i creat a purpose of my reading. Just before I begin activating after 3,2,1 I formulate few questions about my reading. And finaly i formulate additional smaller and depper question during the activation itself.
