I have read this book about 3 weeks ago with the elementary method of reading so this was more of a review than anything maybe a bit of a confidence booster but when I tried to super read I felt like alot fo the information wasn't relevant which it wasn't but I never knew when to dip I tried to go by feelings and sometimes it worked and sometime the stuff I dipped into had no relevance. With skittering I never understood it it seemed to me that with skittering I might as well learn to speed read because it would be about as fast but I never understood skittering so I'm not sure of the truth to that
