Three questions per activation session is usually a good idea. Too many scrambles your purpose. They can be a specific or as general as you like, depending on your purpose.

Your questions are hardly questions, are they? They're more like mini-purposes for each activation session. Formulate questions which relate to your purpose.
As for timing, I suggest you stick with the 30 minute activation session. It's good training for superreading, and remember that activation comes in layers.

No, as a matter of fact, that isn't right. When you PHOTOREAD, you use parallel vision, and the text may seem out of focus. When you activate by superreading, you need the text to be in focus.
