Siren83 you said 15 minutes per chapter.

Just to make it clear you should do one chapter at a time. Multiple activation passes on that chapter before doing the next chapter.

You questions seem fine. However, I would say pick three and don't change them until you are completely happy with them. Remember sometimes the material you are reading doesn't have the answer to your question.

So chapter one: pick the three most appropriate questions. Do an activation pass, upto 30 minutes long. Mind map if you are going to do that. Take a break at least 20 minutes. Come back to Chapter one. Are any of your questions answered? If so replace it (them). Do another activation pass with Chapter one. Keep repeating Chapter one, until you feel satisfied that Chapter one has nothing more to offer towards your questions. You don't go until you think you know everything in Chapter one.

Now do chapter two.

As for your purpose. I noted that you have three examples of how to set a purpose. One from each of Alexk, myself, and CommonSense. They are all slightly different in their nature. However, we all get the system to work for us. So you are the one that really has to decide if your purpose is right for you. You'll have to try and see.

As for getting that nice feeling, I remember reading in an old post that Pete, himself, sometimes doesn't get the feeling that a book is gelling until after more than a half dozen activation passes. And up until the one pass where it gels he has felt he's gotten nothing from the book.

I suspect that it's a combination of the book and person as to how many activations it takes. Someone who has practiced law for 20 years, and PhotoRead for 5 years many only need one pass on your book. I may need a dozen.

Keep NOPSing, smiling, and believing in yourself.

Sending love,
