learner from China. some questions for you. did you have any incubation period after photoreading the book? what i am trying to say is that after photoreading a book you need to allow the brain sometime to process the information. in a perfect world you would wait 24 hours before looking at the book after photoreading. we cannot always do that so a sleep cycle or 8 hours is good.in the photoreading book Paul Scheele says that you allow at least 20 minutes.so i think 24 hours would be great but if you cannot do that 8 hours is good 4 hours would be good too. Regarding memory. photoreading is not i photoread the book now i want to have complete and total recall of everything that is in the book. That is not how photoreading works.photoreading will not give you a completely total photographic memory after photoreading the book.something you can do to help with memory for a book is create a mindmap. Turn your paper so the paper is horizontal. Put your central idea or theme in the center of the paper.then on branches connect the related topics to the main theme of the book.If you can buy it order the Memory Supercharger tape from Learning Strategies. The tape will definitely help you with memory. You might also want to consider the Memory Optimizer course that Learning Strategies offers. sincerely, photoread for me.
