I study a lot and have very little time. Even when I am in the gym or do exercises at home I listen to audio books.

It is now a part of my schedule to take walks or even jogging in parks. That will happen right after studying.

During my walks or trips to park for an hour, is it good for me to listen to audtio books or is it better to listen to nothing and take a break. I. myself cannot live without audiobooks. I lawys study.

Trpis to park is taking a break form reading and learning through audio.

I do take breaks through the week though.

From time to time silence is good you can then listen to your own thoughts and ideas. Some of that stuff you've been learning needs to incubate with a bit of quiet. No need to cut out your audiobooks altogether just give it a break from time to time and notice how it affect you. Perhaps you have a bit more clarity when thinking perhaps not.

A tip for you if you jog and listen with headphone. Lower the volume. Peoples ears are more sensitive during exercise.

Try doing some PR sessions just before going to sleep. Then try some activation just as you get up, or even before you get up. Hey, why not before you wake up.

I'm not being silly. It just sounds like you are always bombarding yourself with stimuli. I figured sleep time was your only free mind time. The activation ideas are not new either. I suggest doing activation first thing in the morning, so that you can stay focussed on your PRing objective, before the other stuff comes bombarding in.

Great success.

You are perfection.

Most of my day is dedicated to stying. I have very little time on something else. Sleep is perhaps the most period of my not studing. But during sleep the information is processing. So it is learning 24/7 for me :-).

My future career is a Doctor of Homeopathy and and NLP treatment. Career of such kind requiers a lot of nowledge ig I truly want to help people.

Thank you for your replies.
