Begging your pardon zak, but it doesn't seem like that was what photoread4me was saying.
The process you seem to be referring to is laid out on page 77 of the PhotoReading book.
On this page they give a process for photoreading and activating a book that takes a little over two hours total over five days.
Day 1 - Prepare and photoread the book.
Day 2 - prepare, preview for no more than 2 minutes and photoread the book, postview for 15-20 minutes, including gathering trigger words and questions.
Day 3 - prepare and photoread the book. Superread and dip so that you finish the book within 30 minutes. Don't worry at all about comprehension if possible.
Day 4 - prepare and photoread. Spend thirty minutes superreading, dipping and skittering the entire book. Continue to find trigger words and formulate additional questions using the mindprobing technique.
Day 5 - prepare and photoread. Go to the table of contents and find any sections where you feel that you need more information. Superread and dip or skitter to answer specific questions. Rapid read if you just want more information but don't have specific questions. Save ten minutes at the end of your session to mind map the book.
