thanks alex, was just pr some books did what you said and prewieved them for a couple of minutes before the pr step, however starting to feel that if i postview with the aim of formulating my mind probing questions and picking out trigger words then it may be more useful will try it and see how it goes.... am really excited about completing the course now, gonna activate my first book tomorrow so just going to apply the methods to everything to really get the hang of it have a sneaky suspicion thats when the fun is going to start although having great fun even now
