When you lift the pages slide your finger tip along the top edge starting near the crease of the book. There is a natural rise there. As you move to the corner let your hand slide under the page as you lift and turn.
Yes your hand does cover part of the page but you'll see it as you turn anyway. Trying to turn the pages from the corner causes frustration since you have difficulty seperating them. Then you catch the pages with the thumb of the other hand.
If pages stick together let it go you'll catch them on another photoread or while superreading and dipping.
It helps to prepare the book before start.
