I know what you mean. I have been getting very much the same feelings as I have been go over books that I have photoread.
In one case I photoread a booklet that was a transcript from a set of tapes by Earl Nightingale. I did this before listening to the tapes. When I listened to the tapes I kept getting intense feelings of deja-vu, except that they weren't feelings that I had read it before, but that I had heard it before, which made it seem even more odd.
I would like to find more books or programs on tape that come with books, or that have books I can find so that I can photoread the books before listening to the tapes during the workday. I am trying this right now with a course on basic Latin.
