Thanks Alex for the encouragement. I do have tinted lenses mine are blue and when I wear them in flourescent light the effect is like taking a very bright yellow light from a white page.

It took me ages to wear them confidently at work because people kept saying things like "Why are you wearing sunglasses indoors" or "the sun has gone down you know", and scoffing.

My response became "I have to wear them because the sun shines out of so many people's a**es that it blinds me."

Actually, my eyes are much more relaxed when wearing them for deep concentration and when working on a computer screen for a long time.
I don't wear them as often as I should.

RE: thinking in 3D - until I had heard of NLP I thought that everyone visualised in exactly the same way.

Although I haven't finished the PR home course I do find the methodology very good indeed and I am enjoying searching out information. Reading used to be so slow but my brain seems to speed up when PRing, and I like this feeling. I like quick thinking and active searching for lots of information and finding patterns of thought.
