I don't believe that people "get" dyslexia but one of the signs might be sensitivity to fluorescent lighting.

In my case I was born very permature and weighed only 2pound 10 ounces. I was placed in an oxygen tent. Perhaps I had too much oxygen in those early hours, who knows.

What I do know is that my older brother and younger sister coul both read extremely well before they went to school.

Dyslexia is something to do with the brain being "wired" slightly differently. I have always been in main stream education and until I went to Uni I was always just below average in class exams.

During and after Uni when the system was not so structured I more than excelled, especially in philosophy, epistomology and theology.
