What I always find odd is, whenever a beginner asks this question on any of the forum's I've visited...it always gets the least, if not 1, reply.
I guess the reason for this is that (and i'm humouring the entire subject) answers to this will only build towards strengthening a beginner's expectations...and expectations are the factor that slow down, limit, and frustrate those who practice the techniques.
