Hello everyone,
I just joined this forum today. I am a beginner in the PhotoReading system. Actually the truth is i've been through the course already but was hardly dedicated to it. I knew that the system could deliver and honestly made effort, but I found that I would tell myself that I was going to photoread a book each day, and actually start doing it, only to forget completely about it by the third day or so. I've had the course sitting at home for the past 2 years or so and have not even vaguely activated my first book. This is very depressing to me, maybe I need some pep talk and/or advice (or even scolding) so fire away.

Roger, you just gave yourself the opposite of a pep-talk.

Do you need others to encourage you towards the answers you already know? Put on your game face, respect yourself enough to grow your confidence since every freaking human has the same approximate number of brain cells and the same infinite level of potential awaiting them. You have already made the biggest step of acquiring the technology instructions. You know that many here posess what they have sought after and you know this simply also applies for every other human on earth, yourself included.

Get back to the system, realize the amazing potential that awaits you. Stop talking towards things such as "depression", this is an illusion and the sooner you realize this as what it truly is, you will become the Roger I know you already are.

Do it. Confidence + Desire = Results, and remember NOTHING in this world or the next can stop the man with the right attitude of achieving his goal.

Start by applying the basics to everything that you read. Prepare and decide why you're reading it and if it's really necessary. You might be surprised just how much that consideration alone will change your reading habits.

Thanks alot BlackBox, Your words were really encouraging and motivating, they really were. I began the PR course again but now
with a new determination. I like your equation,(Confidence + Desire = Results) Mine didn't balance because it lacked the
variable "confidence". Thanks to you I have a renewed confidence.

AlexK, thanks for your practical advice, I will definately try it. I will let you two Know how everything is going.

---Inna di latter zeen---A little later O.K.
