In fact your outline is incorrect in many places. Keep it simple.

3. Photoread
4. Activate
5. Rapid read

I am surprised you feel the need to write an outline since it's provided with the course manual. As well as diagramed in a mind map on page 146 and outlined correctly outlined in the book on page 147.
