As Paul says in the book. In the beginning you may have the urge to over dip. Go with it it's the learning experience. In fact it's
your learning experience. The only thing you need to be sure of if the material isn't relevant or doesn't serve "move on quickly"
The biggest mistake beginners make is comparing their experience to the trials and errors of others too much. In the end we found what works for us by experience. The real comparison is your experience with each activation session.
Did you move on?
Did you allow yourself to get bogged down in stuff you already knew because it was easy reading?
Do you think it was time well spend?
Would you do it again next time?
Why was it important to read stuff you already recognised as knowing?
Ultimately did you find the answers to your mind probing questions?
How much more do you want from the book?
What others feel, see, experience is a very poor signal for comparision if you don't yet know your own typical experiences.
