Actually you have made an incorrect assumption. We photoread at high theta, low beta with next to no alpha brainwave pattern during the process.
Paul has shown this numerous times in his classes by connecting people to an IVBA (beginners first and experienced users of the system when time permits) to show them that thier brainwaves go right where it has to for photoreading if you just follow the outlined steps.

I am in the process of experimenting new photoreading strategies and tactics. One of the major concerns or focal points is the area of brain actvities.
I trust you already have the system working for you by doing the steps as given that way you can record what happens when you change your methods. The method that Paul teaches works when people apply it. It's when they start looking for shortcuts that folks have trouble with the system.

So, does anyone know how much brainwaves effect Photoreading, especially at Mid Theta?
As already explained it's high theta, Mid theta will be harder to reach if your physically moving. The same reason I suspect we still have low beta activity whilst photoreading. I believe it's the brains method of ensuring you avoid physical injury by being aware enough during physical activity.

Now I can reach Theta more commonly!
Havent tried that experiment...if no one replies then I will try it myself....
Follow the step Paul has provided, get into photofocus, notice the blip or the patterns of white and click you're there.

I put a lot of energy in droping brain wave cycles to Theta level.
Funny it requires *less* energy to be at theta.

If its anything, I tried to Photoread at Theta
To try is to set yourself up for failure either do or do not do.

Result-I should have made more clearly defined goalslol....
It's so much easier to define your goals if you know your purpose. What't the longer term outcome you expect from your efforts?

Anyway, as for the recent debate over RG and PR, I have concluded....That I could not believe how much filler words we have in English.[/b]
The English language has more words than any other language, German comes a close seconf having at least 30,000 words fewer than English. The average person uses a select volcabuary of about 10,000 words which is less than 10% of the words available in the English language.

Each book and its contents should be treated like a library...hence the need for goals.....you "check out" books from the library [super read/dip] and dont ever return it...[I owe 120 for 2 books since 3rd grade!]
With each book you are getting information from at least one person who has collected his or her ideas from many other people. Do you really want to spend time with that person for their knowledge?

The real difference between regular reading and pring is that they are the same....except that pring saves you more time cuz the same time that u spend covering irrelevant info, could be spent covering 20 times that amount if you pr and the chances of finding relavent info, is higher.
The real difference between PR and regular reading, is that PhotoReading consist of a strategy using more of your mind to get to the real information that you need faster and with a focus. Regular reading is a hit or miss affair where you might be lucky to have your mind open to the information without censoring it as you read.

I'm in the middle of many new projects that I have launched and some of the results are favorable, some just suck.
Good luck with them

Anyone that can help, I will send back the results and method of how to do a certain technique according to the topic you helped with. =D
