It doesn't really matter one story is more for the logical mind and the other more for the analytical mind. Together they get the conscious mind overwhelmed and silenced so that the message goes to the non conscious mind where it does it work.
The brain sorts it out. We still generally prefer to take in logical information from our right and creative information from our left. All the information and even our physical senses actually fire off both sides of the brain. It's only by brain "dominance" that we have a logical/creative split however both sides need to understand both otherwise we wouldn't be able to think on a conscious level.
