What on earth are you telling yourself??????

quote:
using PR to using PR to fight against my A-Level EXAM about 1 year ago
the exam result.......greatly failure. EXAM about 1 year ago
the exam result.......greatly failure.

Success!!!! You succeeded exactly at your aim! "to fight against my A-Level EXAM" You wanted to go against your exam and that's exactly what you got! A battle and you won if the implantation was you wanted to succeed at it.

To clarify usual self talk is "passing my A-level exam" Then to say "fighting against my A-level exam" What you're really telling yourself is that you are fighting against passing your A-level Exams and therefore you were 100% successful!

So my first recommendation is that you watch you're self talk as well as what you are saying to others about your intention. The mind is literal and to suggest that this is an error because English is not your first language would also be incorrect. Even when translating you use words that reflect the working of your mind towards your goal and in this case you seem to have a subconscious wish to fail. Like I said watch what you say to yourself and others as they are your cues.

Your aim isn't for working with PhotoReading You're looking for memory tricks and techniques. I suggest the memory books by Harry Lorayne and Tony Buzan would be of more help.

Remember to make mind maps or notes from what you've studied and then to review them at least once a day for a week then once a week for a month then once a month. You're review will show if more studying is required.

If you already know the information then the problem might be your approach/strategy during the exam. Time is often adequate if you alocate a time limit to each question marginally short of the time that might be recommended for the test. Then when the time you allocate for the question is up move on to the next question. Most problems arise when time is wasted on a question that you find difficult to answer and not spending it on getting the ones you can answer done first. If you calculate your time properly you'll be through to the end of the test with time to spare to go back and fix any questions you couldn't answer earlier.
