Like I said you need to watch what you're telling yourself.
If you get stuck on an exam problem move on. Work out your time and how much time you have to answer each question at the beginning of the test and stay with each question no longer than the allocated time. Like I said keep some time left over for a quick review and to fix any answers that you couldn't finish.

On the whole your post seems to be asking us to change you only you can do that.
