Arrange your computer so that you are seated in front of the monitor, but have a window behind you with lots of light coming through. Open up a big file on your computer that you want to photoread and get ready. Now, look at the reflection of the window in the monitor screen. You will find that you are instantly in photofocus when you look at the reflection of the window - your eyes diverge yet are as relaxed as they would be were you to look out of the window normally!

It helps if you can make the background of the document black and the text white, because it makes it easier to see the reflection. Also, a monitor with a reflecting screen helps.
