Producedpt; if you did nothing but photoread the textbook you would have a advantage because now you are involving the other than conscious mind which can do 20,000 things at the same time and learning will be easier having photoread the text.
Having said that i would not recommend doing that. I would recommend you follow Iam2 & Paul Scheele advice and just use it and you don't have to be perfect forget about practicing go for it & let the chips fall where they may. Do all the steps & in time you will get better at them.
